The Remuneration Policy
The Board adopts a clear policy to determine the rewards of members as well as the additional reward for the President at the suggestion of the Committee of Nominations, Appointments and Rewards and takes into account the determination of the rewards of members, including President, the following:
- To be commensurate with the level of experience and capabilities of the members of the Board.
- 2- Be proportionate to the expected efforts of members to serve the company’s objectives and the size of the responsibilities they bear.
- To be in line with the diversity of the burdens of the members, the presidency of the board and the committees will have a special assessment and in accordance with the size of the burdens that the member may be assigned as well as the usual tasks and duties of the members of the board.
- The policies and levels of rewards should be reviewed and adjusted periodically in the light of the financial results and achievements achieved by the company.
