Five Decades Journey
A busy journey spanning nearly five decades, and a history that exudes achievements and overcoming challenges and jumping over them to rise to advanced ranks under the leadership of the founder Sheikh Mohammed bin Suleiman al-Nasban, who puts his personality for future generations in all its details that started from zero to provide an inspiring and bright model of achievements that stand witness throughout history, he is a national businessman of an exceptional style combining the originality of the business and the educational and social role to become one of the leading economic and social landmarks, and has begun the first building blocks of the monument Holding established an individual institution under the name of Al-Nasban Trading and Contracting Corporation in 1977.
In the investment climate and the economic recovery experienced by the Kingdom in the year and years leading up to that date, it indicated steady growth and an urgent need to establish and form national entities and institutions capable of managing trade and implementing large-scale projects that would contribute to the kingdom’s qualitative and quantitative development.
Within a few years, al-Nasban succeeded in achieving achievements that attest to its mission and herald a bright and significant future in the world of finance and business, and the expansion of investment diversification through the opening of various and diverse activities, but had plans to expand to cover the kingdom and not only work within the geographical scope of the capital Riyadh. The number of projects of approximately 3,000 assigned to Al-Nasban Holding during its course reflects the size of its work and its expertise in the government and private sectors.
Al-Nasban Holding’s strategy is to acquire its subsidiaries, which operate in the sectors of facilities management and operation, maintenance and operation, trade, contracting, rehabilitation, education and entering into promising partnerships and alliances and working to diversify aspects of investment by strengthening the company’s assets by owning and investing real estate and acquiring unique companies managing its commercial portfolios in order to diversify revenue sources and reduce risks.

Year 1977
Al-Nasban Group company was established as one of the leading national companies in the field of managing and operating facilities to provide mechanical, electrical and electronic business services, buildings, water and sanitation, medical centers and gardens, maintenance, operation and cleanliness, city cleanliness, waste disposal and cooked and unheeded subsistence services are major companies in this field and have the classification of first-class contractors. -
Year 1997
Ilia Trading company was established as one of the national companies licensed by the General Authority for Food and Medicine in the field of importing and distributing medical devices and products and services importing and wholesale and retail trade in food and sweets, detergents and obtaining a number of exclusive international agencies in the field of medical consumables. -
Year 1999
Riyadh Specialist Rehabilitation Center company was established as one of the centers of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development specialized in providing day care services for the rehabilitation of people with disabilities as the company distinguishes its first classification. -
Year 2002
Al Ommah Schools Company approved by the Ministry of Education has been acquired and provides educational services for kindergarten, primary, middle and secondary schools for boys and girls using the best educational methods and techniques under the management and supervision of competent and experienced cadres -
Year 2004
Saudi International Supply and Electronics Co., Ltd. (SALEC) has been acquired to engage in wholesale and retail trading in computers and equipment for the maintenance of electronic and non-electronic devices and equipment and maintenance equipment for communication systems and spare parts, importing, marketing, installing and maintaining communications and information technology devices and providing software and solutions for electronic transactions and the establishment and programming of computer network systems and internet networks and supporting them and providing software information protection solutions. -

The Company of the United Support Services & Contracting Co, was established as one of the specialized companies to provide integrated solutions for the services of construction, maintenance and cleanliness of residential, commercial and health buildings, city cleanliness, maintenance of electrical and mechanical works, water and sanitation works and the establishment and maintenance of gardens, which target the private sector and obtain the classification of third-class contractors -
Year 2013
The Enshaa Al Madaen Contracting Co was established to practice the work of roads, asphalt, bridges, pavements, lighting, electrical works, mechanical works, cooling and air conditioning, general contracting of buildings and carpentry works for doors, windows, kitchens, blacksmithing, aluminum, insulation works buildings, water works, sanitation, maintenance and hygiene work and import of building materials and equipment.
