The Human Resources Department organized a course entitled  ( Financial Analysis And reading the financial statements ) at the headquarter of the main company in Riyadh in cooperation with the Institute of (Financial Experts) and all financial categories of subsidiaries have participated in as a target group from 1 to 2 May 2019 for two days.

This course comes within the framework of the Company’s continuous development programs to develop the performance of the financial cadres in the field of work in order to meet the company’s ambitions in achieving and creating a professional working environment.

The course is one of the important courses, which included many axes:

First: Preparation of financial statements in accordance with international standards:

– Statement of financial position

– Income list

– List of changes in equity

– Statement of Cash Flows

Second: Introduction to Financial Analysis:

– The concept of financial analysis

– Uses of financial analysis

– The role of financial analyst

– The stages of financial analysis

Third: Tools and methods of financial analysis:

– Comparative (horizontal) financial analysis of the statement of income and statement of financial position

– Structural (financial) financial analysis of the financial statements

– Analysis using financial ratios

– Forecasting models of a financial crisis for the company

Fourth: practical applications of financial analysis:

– A workshop to conduct a financial analysis of companies

Fifth: Financial Analysis of the Statement of Cash Flows:

– Preparing cash flow statement

– Financial ratios and indicators of the cash flow statement
